The program is directed by JR Roth, who holds USYF Level 1, Level 2, and State Level coaching licenses, along with multiple professional certifications through Senda Futsal. With decades of coaching, teaching, and player-development experience, Coach Roth brings a holistic, detail-driven approach that blends technical excellence with character and confidence building.

ONE Futsal supports players of all levels, typically ages 4–15, from beginners learning the game to competitive players seeking an edge in their development.
